Contact us as quickly as possible. If your order has not been packed yet we are happy to change items, update the address or cancel it for a full refund.

The options shown at checkout depend on your country and usually include card payments, PayPal and local methods such as bank transfer by QR code for Vietnam.

Yes. Quantity and spend discounts are calculated in your cart and at checkout, so there is no code to remember.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off on a business day are usually packed and dispatched the same day. Everything else ships the next business day.

Yes. We ship within Vietnam and to Australia, the United States, New Zealand and Norway, with prices shown in your local currency.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel weight. Orders above the free shipping threshold for your market ship free.

Some countries charge import taxes or duties on arrival. These are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the receiver.

Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons opened lash trays and adhesives cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Send us a photo of the item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund straight away.

Our lashes are made from a premium synthetic PBT fibre with a soft matte finish. They are vegan and cruelty-free.

C and CC curls suit most clients. Choose 0.15–0.20 for classic sets, 0.07 for hybrid and 0.03–0.05 for volume fans. Each product page lists the recommended uses.

For the best retention, use an opened bottle within 4–6 weeks. Keep it tightly closed, upright and away from heat and sunlight.

Store unopened bottles in a cool, dry place. Let refrigerated glue reach room temperature before opening to avoid moisture inside the bottle.

Every adhesive comes with a safety data sheet. We always recommend a patch test 24–48 hours before a full set, especially for clients with sensitive eyes.

Both. You can join a small-group class at our studio or study online at your own pace with feedback from our educators.

Yes. After completing your practical assessment you receive an MDC Lashes certificate of completion.

Not for our beginner course. Intermediate and masterclass courses are designed for artists who already work with classic lashes.

Yes. Salons, distributors and academies can apply on our Wholesale page. Approved accounts receive tiered volume pricing.
